Matthews International Corporation Increases Quarterly Dividend by 12.5% to $0.09

The Board of Directors of Matthews International Corporation (Nasdaq: MATW) today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.09 per share on the Company's common stock. The quarterly dividend has been increased one cent per share, or 12.5%, from $0.08 to $0.09. The dividend is payable November 14, 2011 to stockholders of record October 31, 2011.
