Euro-Zone Composite PMI Drops To 47.2 In October

According to Markit Economics, the preliminary composite purchasing managers index for the euro zone declined to 47.2 in October, versus 49.1 in September.

Economists were expecting a drop to 48.8.The euro-zone services PMI dropped to 47.2 in October, versus 48.8 in September. However, the manufacturing PMI fell to 47.3 versus 48.5.
