AXIS Capital Names Albert Benchimol As CEO
AXIS Capital Holdings Limited (NYSE: AXS) appointed Albert Benchimol as its new Chief Executive Officer and President.
Mr. Benchimol will replace John R. Charman as CEO. Mr. Charman will retire as CEO and President, effective May 3, 2012. Mr. Benchimol currently serves as AXIS Capital's Chief Financial Officer.
AXS shares gained 0.84% to close at $31.20 on Friday.
