Vanguard Natural Prices Public Offering of $350M of Senior Notes

Vanguard Natural Resources LLC (NYSE: VNR) and its subsidiary VNR Finance Corp announced the upsized pricing of a public offering of $350 million of senior unsecured notes at a public offering price of 99.274%.

VNR shares fell 0.17% to $27.57 in after-hours trading.
