Williams-Sonoma's CEO 2011 Compensation Drops 32%
Total value of her compensation for Williams-Sonoma Inc's (NYSE: WSM) Chief Executive Laura J. Alber dropped 32% last year to $9.2 million, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Alber received a base salary of $1.2 million, up 22% versus the year-ago period. However, her option awards rose 32% to $2.7 million.
WSM shares closed at $37.64 on Thursday.
