GM to Halt Chevy Volt Production for 4 Weeks -Automotive News
General Motors (NYSE: GM) will close its Detroit-Hamtramck plant from September 17 until October 15, according to sources speaking to Automotive News. The plant employees 1,500 workers.
The plant was previously idled in March of this year.
