Former IBM Executive Craig Hayman To Join eBay

eBay (NASDAQ: EBAY) announced Tuesday morning that Craig Hayman will become Head of eBay Enterprise.

Before coming to eBay, Hayman worked as a leader of cloud systems at IBM. Of his accomplishments are transitioning IBM into a SaaS provider and managing over a dozen acquisitions.

eBay CEO John Donahoe commented, “Technology continues to have a significant impact on the overall commerce landscape. Craig’s experience will enhance our ability to serve retailers and brands in this online to offline world.”

Shares of eBay were last down 0.75 percent in pre-market trading to $49.39.
