Symantec (NASDAQ: SYMC) spiked slightly after dealReporter again mentioned it as a potential takeover target.

Earlier this year, it was rumored that Silver Lake may be interested making a move to buy the company.

Shares are currently changing hands at $22.96, up 1.46 percent.
