Panera Bread CFO Steps Down

Panera Bread (NASDAQ: PNRA) announced today that CFO Roger Matthews has resigned his position to pursue other opportunities, remaining onboard through the end of August.

Bill Moreton, the Executive Vice Chairman of the Company, will serve as Interim Chief Financial Officer effective August 6, 2014.

Shares of PNRA were trading down 1.5 percent after the news at $148.00, after closing at 151.03.
