Wellington Management Group Boosts Stake In GoPro To 12%

Shares of GoPro Inc (NASDAQ: GPRO) were trading higher by 3 percent Friday morning. An amended 13G filing from Wellington Management Group showed it has raised its stake in the company from 4.56 percent (as of December 31, 2014) to 12 percent.

Benzinga reached out to GoPro, who declined to comment on the increased stake by Wellington Management.
