Is A Revamping Of The MacBook Line On The Way?
Apple Inc. (NASDAQ: AAPL) is likely to revamp its MacBook line of personal computers with the highlight being a redesigned MacBook Air and Pro. With the introduction of the 12.9 inch iPad Pro, the emphasis will be on making laptops larger in size with a 15-inch MacBook Air and 17-inch MacBook Pro expected to be debuted.
The source of the rumor is Economic Daily News, a Taiwanese news publication which has posted Apple news in the past. Mike Campbell of Apple insider wrote, "While a reshuffled MacBook Air lineup is a possibility, today's rumor smacks more of a long-awaited MacBook Pro refresh….A similar scenario played out last year when Apple's supply chain began leaking information about what would ultimately become the 12-inch MacBook with Retina display."
