Cybersecurity Stocks Moving On Cyberark M&A Talk
Shares of Cyberark Software Ltd (NASDAQ: CYBR) were trading higher by more than 22 percent after Wednesday's opening bell following unconfirmed reports that the company is being eyed as an acquisition target by Check Point Software Technologies Ltd. (NASDAQ: CHKP).
Shares of Check Point Software gained more than 1.5 percent, trading at $79.96.
Investors and traders appear to be encouraged by the M&A chatter as many cybersecurity stocks were trading significantly higher in unison with Cyberark.

Shares of FireEye Inc (NASDAQ: FEYE) spiked higher by nearly 10 percent at $18.43
Shares of Imperva Inc (NYSE: IMPV) gained nearly 5 percent to trade at $61.73.
Even smaller peers, such as Cyren Ltd (NASDAQ: CYRN) were trading higher. Shares of the small-cap information security solutions provider, were higher by more than 3 percent at $1.57.
