Pokémon GO Players Find Another Corpse
Nintendo Co., Ltd (ADR) (OTC: NTDOY)'s Pokémon GO is creating waves among gamers. Unexpectedly, gamers are discovering corpses, adding a new element of intrigue and curiosity (albeit accidental) to the hit game.
Just last week, a 19-year-old Pokémon gamer discovered a dead body in Riverton, Wyoming. Now, a second body has been discovered, this time in Nashua, New Hampshire, according to a report on Comicbook.
The report said, "A Pokémon GO player was playing the game in a local park when he spotted the body floating in the water of Salmon Brook. This occurred around 2:00 pm."
Upon discovery, the authorities were alerted and rescue crews retrieved the body. At this time, there is no cause of death, the report added.
In both incidents, the victims were spotted floating in a body of water.
"Pokémon GO is motivating people to travel to areas that they don't ordinarily frequent, so for people to happen upon new discoveries isn't unexpected," the report read. "For those discovered to be dead bodies, well, that is certainly unexpected."
