The worst performing industries in the market today are:
- Internet Service Providers: This industry slipped 0.9 percent by 11:00 am. The worst stock within the industry was TrueCar Inc (NASDAQ: TRUE), which fell 1 percent. TrueCar shares have climbed 44.06 percent over the past 52 weeks, while the S&P 500 index has gained 5.55 percent in the same period.
- Computer Peripherals: This industry declined 0.8 percent by 11:00 am with 3D Systems Corporation (NYSE: DDD) moving down 2.4 percent. 3D Systems’ PEG ratio is 3.47.
- Drug Related Products: The industry dropped 0.7 percent by 11:00 am. The worst performer in this industry was Perrigo Company plc (NYSE: PRGO), which declined 0.9 percent. Perrigo shares have dropped 40.70 percent over the past 52 weeks, while the S&P 500 index has gained 5.55 percent in the same period.
- Business Software & Services: This industry fell 0.7 percent by 11:00 am ET. New Relic Inc (NYSE: NEWR) shares dropped 1.9 percent in today's trading.
