TiVo Enters Into IP Licensing Agreement With LG Electronics

TiVo Corporation (NASDAQ: TIVO) has entered into an intellectual property license agreement with South Korean company LG Electronics.

This agreement will expand on LG Electronics previous Rovi patent portfolio license to also include the TiVo patent portfolio.

TiVo shares closed Monday's session at $7.23. The stock has a 52-week high of $14.20 and a 52-week low of $6.61.
