AMC Networks Prices $1 Billion Secured Notes In Upsized Debt Offering

  • AMC Networks Inc. (NASDAQ: AMCX) announced that it has priced 4.25% senior secured notes due 2029 worth $1 billion in an upsized public offering.
  • The offering was upsized from $500 million proposed earlier that day.
  • AMCX intends to use $1 billion proceeds to redeem 4.75% senior notes due December 2022 worth $400 million at 100% redemption price, and 5.00% senior notes due April 2024 worth $600 million at 102.50% redemption price.
