On CNBC’s "Halftime Report Final Trades," Karen Firestone of Aureus Asset Management named Westinghouse Air Brake Technologies Corporation (NYSE: WAB) as her final trade.

Jim Lebenthal of Cerity Partners said Citigroup Inc. (NYSE: C), has been "undiscovered frankly in terms of the rally it had this year, up 13%."
