U.S. stocks traded mixed, with the Dow Jones gaining around 200 points on Monday. Here are some big stocks recording losses in today’s session.

• Ascendis Pharma A/S (NASDAQ: ASND) dipped 27.9% to $77.26 after the FDA identified deficiencies in the company's New Drug Application for Transcon PTH.
• Annovis Bio, Inc. (NYSE: ANVS) fell 19.3% to $12.43. Annovis Bio received interim analysis for sample size re-estimation for its Phase 3 clinical trial for treatment of early Parkinson's disease.
• Apollomics, Inc. (NASDAQ: APLM) declined 17.7% to $24.20 after the company began trading on the Nasdaq last week.
• Nexters Inc. (NASDAQ: GDEV) fell 17.5% to $5.66.
• Semler Scientific, Inc. (NASDAQ: SMLR) tumbled 17.3% to $22.16. Semler Scientific recently reported better-than-expected Q4 EPS and sales results.
• Amprius Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: AMPX) dipped 11.6% to $7.70.
• Nordic American Tankers Limited (NYSE: NAT) fell 11% to $3.5250.
• Metropolitan Bank Holding Corp. (NYSE: MCB) dropped 10.9% to $30.19. Metropolitan Bank recently issued updated financial information.
• BGC Partners, Inc. (NASDAQ: BGCP) fell 10.8% to $4.6620.
• SIGNA Sports United N.V. (NYSE: SSU) dropped 10.6% to $4.06.
• Kodiak Sciences Inc. (NASDAQ: KOD) dipped 10.5% to $5.55. Kodiak Sciences announced that the first patient has been treated in the Phase 1 study of Ksi-501, targeting both VEGF and IL-6, the second product candidate built on Kodiak's antibody biopolymer conjugate platform to enter the clinic.

• Empire State Realty OP, L.P. (NYSE: OGCP) fell 9.7% to $6.40.
• Teekay Tankers Ltd. (NYSE: TNK) fell 9.5% to $38.86.
• TORM plc (NASDAQ: TRMD) dropped 8.6% to $28.44. TORM shares gained 9% on Friday after the company announced termination of a secondary public offering of its Class A common shares by a selling shareholder.
• Ouster, Inc. (NYSE: OUST) fell 8.5% to $0.7652.
• NIO Inc. (NYSE: NIO) declined 7% to $9.78 after the company reported March and Q1 delivery figures.
• Olo Inc. (NYSE: OLO) dropped 6.8% to $7.61.
• Tesla, Inc. (NASDAQ: TSLA) fell 6.5% to $194.09. The EV company reported first-quarter production and delivery numbers over the weekend.
