  • Textainer Group Holdings Limited (NYSE: TGH) gained 11.7% to $35.92. Textainer Group said Q4 adjusted EPS and sales results were lower year over year.
  • Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: ARWR) jumped 10.6% to $29.02. SVB Securities upgraded Arrowhead Pharma from Market Perform to Outperform and raised the price target from $21 to $35.
  • Chart Industries, Inc. (NYSE: GTLS) gained 10.5% to $124.29.
  • National Instruments Corporation (NASDAQ: NATI) climbed 9.5% to $57.58 after Emerson Electric Co (NYSE: EMR) agreed to acquire the company for $60 per share.
  • MongoDB, Inc. (NASDAQ: MDB) gained 7.3% to $227.02 after Morgan Stanley upgraded the stock from Equal-Weight to Overweight and raised its price target from $230 to $270.

  • Aeglea BioTherapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: AGLE) shares fell 35% to $0.1655 after the company announced interim results the ongoing Phase 1/2 clinical trial of pegtarviliase for the treatment of Classical Homocystinuria and said it is exploring strategic alternatives.
  • Cutera, Inc. (NASDAQ: CUTR) shares dropped 26.5% to $19.89 after the company announced the immediate terminations of Executive Chairman Daniel Plants and CEO David Mowry for cause and withdrew 2023 outlook.
  • iMedia Brands, Inc. (NASDAQ: IMBI) fell 22.5% to $0.4023 after reporting weaker-than-expected Q4 results.
  • Blue Safari Group Acquisition Corp. (NASDAQ: BSGA) declined 21.7% to $7.29. Blue Safari Group Acquisition and Bitdeer Technologies Group announced shareholder approval of business combination.
