  • SigmaTron International, Inc. (NASDAQ: SGMA) shares climbed 25.3% to $4.4861 after the company reported results for the fourth quarter.
  • Pasithea Therapeutics Corp. (NASDAQ: KTTA) gained 21% to $0.5790 after the company rejected an unsolicited, non-binding acquisition proposal from Lucy Scientific Discovery. The company also authorized the repurchase of up to 5.7 million shares at $0.70/share.

  • DURECT Corporation (NASDAQ: DRRX) dipped 29.9% to $3.45 after the company announced a $15 million registered direct offering priced at-the-market under Nasdaq rules.
  • Cosmos Health Inc. (NASDAQ: COSM) declined 22.5% to $1.9199 after the company priced $5.25 million registered direct offering and concurrent private placement at combined price of $2.48.
  • NVE Corporation (NASDAQ: NVEC) shares tumbled 17% to $80.18 following first-quarter results.
