  • Inpixon (NASDAQ: INPX) gained 117% to $0.33 after the company agreed to merge with XTI Aircraft Company.
  • Electra Battery Materials Corporation (NASDAQ: ELBM) shares shot up 71.5% to $2.11 after jumping 22% on Monday. Electra Battery Materials said its battery grade cobalt supply agreement with LG Energy Solution has been extended and expanded from terms initially announced in Sept. 2022.
  • Bullfrog AI Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: BFRG) shares gained 35.3% to $4.68 after the company announced US patent for novel prodrugs of mebendazole and their use in treating cancer.
  • Kiniksa Pharmaceuticals, Ltd. (NASDAQ: KNSA) climbed 31.7% to $19.68 following strong quarterly results.
  • Yoshiharu Global Co. (NASDAQ: YOSH) shares gained 31.5% to $0.8425.
  • Steakholder Foods Ltd. (NASDAQ: STKH) surged 29.4% to $1.3199. Steakholder Foods recently announced it signed its first multimillion dollar agreement with an accredited GCC governmental body to commercialize its 3D bio-printing technology.

  • Dunxin Financial Holdings Limited (NYSE: DXF) climbed 16.8% to $1.73.

  • Carmell Therapeutics Corporation (NASDAQ: CTCX) rose 15.4% to $4.0150 after falling over 36% on Monday.

  • POSCO Holdings Inc. (NYSE: PKX) rose 12% to $132.38 after Chinese leaders indicated support for stimulus measures. Economic stimulus measures in China could lift demand for metals and materials.
  • Packaging Corporation of America (NYSE: PKG) surged 10.3% to $153.00. The company late Monday reported mixed Q2 results.
  • Biophytis S.A. (NASDAQ: BPTS) gained 9.2% to $2.01 after falling over 17% on Monday.
  • Hudbay Minerals Inc. (NYSE: HBM) rose 9.2% to $5.76 after Barclays upgraded the stock from Equal-Weight to Overweight.
  • Enzo Biochem, Inc. (NYSE: ENZ) shares gained 8.8% to $1.48. Enzo Biochem closed a transaction to sell certain assets of Enzo’s Clinical laboratory division to Laboratory Corporation of America Holdings.
  • Inter Parfums, Inc. (NASDAQ: IPAR) gained 8.5% to $142.09 after the company reported better-than-expected second-quarter revenue results and raised FY23 revenue guidance.
  • Anywhere Real Estate Inc. (NYSE: HOUS) surged 8.3% to $8.31 following quarterly results.
  • AppHarvest, Inc. (NASDAQ: APPH) gained 8% to $0.0973. AppHarvest shares declined 73% on Monday after the company announced Chapter 11 filing to support a financial and operational transition.
  • Compass, Inc. (NYSE: COMP) rose 7.4% to $4.2750.
  • Cleveland-Cliffs Inc. (NYSE: CLF) gained 7.4% to $17.74 after the company reported better-than-expected second-quarter revenue results.
  • Xerox Holdings Corporation (NYSE: XRX) climbed 7% to $16.58 after mixed second-quarter results and FY23 guidance boost.
  • Alcoa Corporation (NYSE: AA) gained 6.4% to $35.92. Alcoa named Renato Bacchi as Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer, effective Aug. 1, 2023
  • F5, Inc. (NASDAQ: FFIV) gained 5.7% to $158.73 as the company reported better-than-expected earnings for its third quarter.

  • Humanigen, Inc. (NASDAQ: HGEN) shares fell 75.1% to $0.0476. Humanigen said it anticipates that it will not be able to continue as a going concern and is exploring all restructuring options, including bankruptcy.
  • Bellerophon Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: BLPH) fell 38% to $0.4387 after the company received a delisting notice.
  • Stoke Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: STOK) fell 33% to $6.39 after the company announced new safety and efficacy data from STK-001 in the two ongoing Phase 1/2a studies and the SWALLOWTAIL open-label extension study in children and adolescents with Dravet syndrome.
  • NeuroOne Medical Technologies Corporation (NASDAQ: NMTC) fell 32% to $1.08. NeuroOne Medical priced the underwritten registered public offering of 5.25 million shares at $1.00 per share.
  • Rimini Street, Inc. (NASDAQ: RMNI) fell 29.4% to $3.40. Rimini Street issued a statement on U.S. Federal Court Ruling.
  • Tarsus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: TARS) fell 23.9% to $18.25. The FDA has approved Tarsus Pharmaceuticals' Xdemvy (Lotilaner Ophthalmic Solution, formerly TP-03) 0.25% For Demodex Blepharitisf
  • 9 Meters Biopharma, Inc. (NASDAQ: NMTR) declined 23.4% to $0.0970.
  • Zevia PBC (NASDAQ: ZVIA) dipped 23.3% to $3.2450 after announcing preliminary net sales for the second quarter.

  • PaxMedica, Inc. (NASDAQ: PXMD) fell 15% to $0.7311. PaxMedica shares gained 7% on Monday after the released topline results from the PAX-101 (intravenous suramin) Phase 3 African Sleeping Sickness study.
  • Spotify Technology S.A. (NYSE: SPOT) declined 14.3% to $140.34 after the company reported second-quarter earnings.
  • Sirius XM Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: SIRI) fell 13.3% to $5.20.
  • iRobot Corporation (NASDAQ: IRBT) dipped 12.7% to $40.95 after Amazon reduced the takeover price by 15% for debt adjustments.
  • RTX Corporation (NYSE: RTX) fell 12.7% to $84.61. The company in its earnings report disclosed that Pratt & Whitney has determined that a rare condition in powder metal used to manufacture certain engine parts will require accelerated fleet inspection.
  • AMC Entertainment Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: AMC) declined 11.5% to $5.18 as the stock sees volatility after a court recently rejected the company's proposed plan to convert preferred shares to common units and implement a stock split.
  • Lytus Technologies Holdings PTV. Ltd. (NASDAQ: LYT) shares fell 10.8% to $0.41.
  • Alaska Air Group, Inc. (NYSE: ALK) fell 9.3% to $48.38 after the company reported second-quarter financial results and issued guidance for third quarter and FY23.
