Model N, Ducommun, Perpetua Resources And Other Big Stocks Moving Higher On Monday

U.S. stocks were mostly higher, with the Nasdaq Composite gaining around 0.1% on Monday.

Shares of Model N, Inc. (NYSE: MODN) rose sharply during Monday’s session after the company announced it will be acquired by Vista Equity Partners for $1.25 billion.

Model N shares jumped 10.7% to $30.00 on Monday.

• Adlai Nortye Ltd. (NASDAQ: ANL) shares surged 27.9% to $10.68.
• Apartment Income REIT Corp. (NYSE: AIRC) shares jumped 22.6% to $38.47. Blackstone Real Estate will take AIR Communities private for approximately $10 billion.
• Ducommun Incorporated (NYSE: DCO) shares gained 17.5% to $57.11 after the company confirmed that its Board of Directors received an unsolicited non-binding indication of interest from Albion River LLC.
• Mesoblast Limited (NASDAQ: MESO) surged 13.8% to $6.60.
• Perpetua Resources Corp. (NASDAQ: PPTA) gained 13.5% to $5.40 after the company announced it received indication for up to $1.8 billion in financing from the Export-Import Bank of the United States for the Stibnite Gold Project.
• AltC Acquisition Corp. (NASDAQ: ALCC) surged 13.1% to $14.82. Oklo signed a LOI to supply 50 megawatts of power to Diamondback Energy.
• MicroStrategy Incorporated (NASDAQ: MSTR) rose 10.9% to $1,595.72 amid a rise in Bitcoin.

• EHang Holdings Limited (NASDAQ: EH) gained 7.6% to $20.81 after the company attained the Production Certificate (PC) for its EH216-S passenger-carrying pilotless electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) aircraft from the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC).
• Sasol Limited (NYSE: SSL) gained 6.8% to $8.72.
• Nukkleus Inc. (NASDAQ: NUKK) climbed 6.7% to $0.96.
• Fastly, Inc. (NASDAQ: FSLY) rose 5.9% to $13.27. Piper Sandler analyst James Fish upgraded Fastly from Neutral to Overweight and lowered the price target from $19 to $16.
