Google (NASDAQ: GOOG) was warned a multitude of times by state regulators and industry watchdogs, as some of its advertisements about pharmaceutical products were violating U.S. laws. So much for the "don't be evil" mantra.

Sony (NYSE: SNE) said today it will have a yearly loss of $3.2 billion, as the company recovers from the March earthquake and tsunami. How do you run a TV business that's been in the red for 7 years in a row? How is this a good business practice again?
