Fed Buys $1.2 Billion During POMO

The New York Federal Reserve purchased $1.21 billion in U.S. Treasury debt during its permanent open market operations (POMO) today.

Dealers submitted $4.912 billion worth of debt, with the government receiving approximately four bids for every one it accepted, a higher number than average.

Maturities purchased were from 08/15/2021 - 11/15/2027.
