Eurazeo To Acquire 45% Stake In Moncler

Eurazeo Paris (PINK: EUZOF) reported that it has agreed to acquire a 45% stake in Moncler for EUR418 million.

Moncler was founded in 1952 in Grenoble and its registered sales in 2010 were worth EUR429 million.
