Plants From Your Home Transformed Into Effective Air-Cleaning Agents
French designer Mathieu Lehanneur and Harvard professor David Edward have invented an air purifier that transforms household plants into effective air cleaning agents.
Andrea Air Filter is a plant-based air purification system that enhances the natural absorptive and metabolic properties of household plants, to get rid of harmful chemicals that pollute indoor air.
The system uses plant, water and soil filtration to cleanse the air of toxic and pollutant gases.
Any houseplant can be used with the air purifier, but the best foliages would be: spath or peace lily, red-edged dragon tree, spider plant and aloe vera.
