Omnicom Group Inc (NYSE: OMC) lifted its quarterly dividend by 20%. Omnicom raised its dividend to $0.30 per share. Omnicom shares closed at $47.46 yesterday.

Family Dollar Stores Inc (NYSE: FDO) lifted its quarterly dividend by 17%. Family Dollar raised payout to $0.21 from $0.18 per share. FDO shares gained 2.46% to close at $55.06 yesterday.

Watsco Inc (NYSE: WSO) announced its plans to lift its quarterly dividend by 9%. Watsco will raise its dividend to $0.62 per share. The dividend is payable on January 31 to shareholders of record on January 13. Watsco shares fell 0.52% to close at $65.66 on Friday.

OAO Gazprom announced its plans to lift its dividend payments to shareholders for 2011 to 198.62 billion rubles ($6.19 billion), or RUB8.39 per share. Gazprom paid dividends of RUB91 billion in 2010. Gazprom's board also approved capital spending of RUB709.60 billion for 2012.

Ingersoll-Rand plc (NYSE: IR) lifted its quarterly dividend by 33%. Ingersoll-Rand's Board of Directors declared dividend of $0.16 per share, and an annual dividend rate of $0.64 per share, versus $0.48 per share. Ingersoll-Rand shares gained 2.76% to close at $33.18 on Friday.

Goldcorp Inc (NYSE: GG) announced its plans to lift its annual dividend by 32%. Goldcorp raised its dividend to $0.54 per share. Goldcorp shares dropped 0.21% to $51.28 in pre-market trading.

SL Green Realty Corp (NYSE: SLG) announced its plans to lift its quarterly dividend. SL Green lifted its quarterly dividend from $0.10 to $0.25 per share. SLG shares closed at $65.48 on Friday.

Potlatch Corp (NYSE: PCH) reported that its board agreed to lower the company's dividend by 39%. The dividend will be lowered to $0.31 from $0.51 per share. In October, Potlatch reported a rise in its profit. PCH shares fell 0.73% to close at $31.26 on Friday.

Churchill Downs Inc (NASDAQ: CHDN) reported that its board raised the annual dividend by 20%. Churchill Downs raised dividend from $0.50 to $0.60 per share. CHDN shares gained 2.17% to close at $49.40 on Friday.

McCormick & Co (NYSE: MKC) announced its plans to lift its quarterly dividend by 11%. McCormick will now pay a dividend of $0.31 per share, up from $0.28 per share. McCormick shares fell 0.38% to close at $47.31 yesterday.

LyondellBasell Industries NV (NYSE: LYB) reported that its board has authorized a special dividend of $4.50 per share. The dividend will be paid on December 16, 2011 to shareholders as of record on Nov. 25, 2011. LYB shares gained 2.55% to $37.00 in pre-market trading.
