AMD, Alphabet And An Oil Fund Feature On CNBC's 'Final Trades'

On CNBC’s "Halftime Report Final Trades," Karen Firestone of Aureus Asset Management said digital advertising business of Alphabet Inc. (NASDAQ: GOOGL) is going to start picking up.

"It’s a name that we like a lot," she added.

Third Point and Pershing Square recently disclosed a stake in Alphabet.

Stephen Weiss of Short Hills Capital Partners said United States Oil Fund, LP (NYSE: USO) is seeing momentum.
