Oracle, J. M. Smucker And A Tech ETF Up 43% This Year: CNBC's 'Final Trades'

On CNBC’s "Halftime Report Final Trades," Jim Lebenthal of Cerity Partners named Oracle Corporation (NYSE: ORCL) as his final trade.

Oracle reported upbeat earnings for its first quarter, while sales fell short of expectations.

Benzinga's analyst ratings data shows a consensus Buy rating on Oracle.

Anastasia Amoroso of J.P. Morgan Private Bank picked iShares Expanded Tech-Software Sector ETF (NYSE: IGV).

Stephanie Link of Hightower named The J. M. Smucker Company (NYSE: SJM), adding, "I like the deal."

The J. M. Smucker Co. announced plans to acquire Hostess Brands (NASDAQ: TWNK) for $34.25 per share implying a total enterprise value of $5.6 billion.

Price Action: Smucker shares fell 7% to settle at $131.66, while Oracle shares rose 0.3% to close at $126.71 on Monday.
