Goldman Sachs Moves CHS To Neutral

Goldman Sachs is moving Chico's FAS Inc. (NYSE: CHS) to Neutral “Neutral as the combination of less bad results and perceived future growth likely prevents major downside and creates further upside risk.”

Chico's FAS closed Monday at $14.70.
