D.A. Davidson & Co. Sees MICROS Systems Acquisition As Good For Oracle Corporation
In a report published Tuesday, D.A. Davidson & Co. analyst Jack Andrews reiterated a Neutral rating and $46.00 price target on Oracle Corporation (NYSE: ORCL).
In the report, D.A. Davidson & Co. noted, “After the close Oracle announced the closing of its acquisition of MICROS Systems, previously announced on June 23rd. MICROS is a technology vendor to hotels, food & beverage facilities, and retailers. MICROS provides industry-specific software, hardware, and service solutions. These integrated products have been deployed at more than 330,000 sites across 180 countries. The company is headquartered in Columbia, MD with roughly 6,600 employees.”
Oracle Corporation closed on Monday at $40.64.
