AAII Sentiment Survey Shows Bearish Sentiment Plunges

The weekly AAII Sentiment Survey was just released and it shows that Bearish sentiment plunged during the last week.

The survey shows that Bullish sentiment rose to 30.2%, up 4.6%. Neutral sentiment also jumped, rising 3.4% to 36.4%. Bearish sentiment really took a hit, dropping 8.0% to 33.4%.

An interesting note is that Neutral sentiment is above 46% for only the third time since 2005.

Despite the sharp drop in Bearish sentiment, it remains above average for the 14th time in 15 weeks.
