Dan Deming's iShares Emerging Markets ETF Trade

Speaking on Bloomberg Markets, Dan Deming of KKM Financial suggested a bullish options strategy in iShares MSCI Emerging Markets Indx (ETF) (NYSE: EEM).

He explained that the stock has been performing well recently due to weakness in the U.S. dollar and expansion in the emerging market countries. To make a bullish bet, Deming wants to buy the July 41/43.50 call spread for $0.84. The trade breaks even at $41.84 or 1.48 percent above the current stock price. It can maximally make a profit of $1.66.
