HON Completes Sperian Protection Acquisition

Honeywell International Inc (NYSE: HON) has announced the completion of its Sperian Protection acquisition for around $1.4 billion, including assumption of net debt.

Shares of HON have risen 6.14% over the past month and have gained 13.50% so far this year.

Honeywell's shares lost 0.02% to $43.53 in after-hours trading.
