Newlake Capital Discusses "The Value of Brands Vs. The Value of Assets" At The 2023 Benzinga Cannabis Capital Conference

At this year’s Benzinga Cannabis Capital Conference – the biggest gathering of cannabis leaders and investors in the world – Newlake Capital participated in the panel discussion “The Value of Brands Vs. The Value of Assets.” 

Newlake Capital is an internally-managed real estate investment trust that provides real estate capital to state-licensed cannabis operators through sale-leaseback transactions and third-party purchases and funding for build-to-suit projects. The President and CEO at Newlake Capital, Anthony Coniglio, provided insight into the importance of physical assets in times of crisis and how they may protect cannabis brands in the long run.
