U.S. Dollar Index Little Higher

The September Dollar Index is trading at 97.43, up 0.35. Trading is very choppy.

Market talk about Wednesday's FOMC statement Is ongoing.

Initial Jobless Claims came out up 12,000 to 267,000 and Continuing Claims were 2.262 million. U.S. GDP for the second quarter was 2.3 percent versus a revised up 0.2 percent in the first quarter. Core personal consumption came out at up 1.8 percent versus 1.0 percent on the previous report and the quarter-over-quarter Price Index was up 2.1 percent versus 0.1 percent.
