USDA Daily Cattle Slaughter; Live Cattle Futures Sharply Higher

Tuesday's USDA cattle slaughter was 113,000 head versus 110,000 head a year ago.

April live cattle is trading at 113.95, up 1.42 cents/lb. June live cattle is trading at 104.65, up 1.10 cents/lb. August live cattle is trading at 100.67, up 0.57 cents/lb.
