Jeff Kilburg's Natural Gas Trade

On CNBC's "Futures Outlook," Jeff Kilburg said he is a seller of natural gas. He believes the trajectory could be higher for the commodity if the weather persists for the next couple of weeks, but in the short term, he expects it to trade lower.

Kilburg wants to sell the September contract at $2.40, with a stop loss at $2.48 and a target price at $2.25. With the trade, he is risking $800 to make $1,500.
