NBTY Inc. (NTY) Is A Good Buy: Analyst Tells CNBC

He liked NBTY Inc. (NYSE: NTY). NBTY Inc. is engaged in the manufacturing of vitamin supplements. According to him, the company has been steadily improving its financials from the last three years. NBTY Inc. also has a low P/E of 13X.

Peter Costa expressed his bearish sentiments about the overall market. He said that the market is reacting very strongly to bad news but not to good news. This trend shows the inherent weakness of the market.

Charlie Smith of Fort Pitt Capital Group liked Joy Global (NASDAQ: JOYG). According to him, Joy Global has declined by 15% from its highs, and therefore is a good buy at this point. He also liked Kimberly- Clark Corp. (NYSE: KMB).
