Whitbread Reports 1.7% Increase In Comparable Sales

Whitbread PLC (OTC: WTBCY) reported a 1.7% rise in its total comparable sales for the 13 weeks to June 2.

Whitbread's comparable sales at its restaurants fell 1.4%. Its total sales for the period surged 9.2%.
