General Motors (NYSE: GM) agreed to a new contract with the UAW on Friday, the first of the three major American automakers. Still can't agree on a higher share price though.

European central banks are now net buyers of gold for the first time in more than twenty years. So is the local pawn shop down the street. Obviously a good sign where the economy is going.
