Moody's downgraded Italian debt to A2 with negative outlook, but markets shrugged it off. Probably watched a really good episode of the Sopranos.

The U.S. and New York attorney generals filed lawsuits against Bank of New York Mellon (NYSE: BK) saying it inflated exchange rates on currency transactions. Hmmm. A bank cheating its customers. That's never happened before.
