• FiscalNote Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: NOTE) dipped 26.2% to $3.73. FiscalNote acquired geopolitical data and security intelligence company, Dragonfly.
• Orchestra BioMed Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: OBIO) dropped 16.6% to $9.59.
• Icosavax, Inc. (NASDAQ: ICVX) dropped 16% to $9.67.
• Dada Nexus Limited (NASDAQ: DADA) dropped 14.7% to $12.94. Shares of several Chinese stocks traded lower amid the reopening of Chinese financial markets following the Lunar New Year holiday.
• EHang Holdings Limited (NASDAQ: EH) fell 11.6% to $12.61.
• BuzzFeed, Inc. (NASDAQ: BZFD) dropped 11.6% to $3.4181 after jumping over 85% on Friday. The company recently said it would use ChatGPT to help create content.
• GDS Holdings Limited (NASDAQ: GDS) dropped 11.6% to $23.31.
• HomeStreet, Inc. (NASDAQ: HMST) declined 11.3% to $26.00 following downbeat Q4 results.
• HUTCHMED (China) Limited (NYSE: HCM) dropped 11% to $17.68. Hutchmed recently licensed its Fruquintinib for commercialization outside of China to Takeda for $400M.
• TPI Composites, Inc. (NASDAQ: TPIC) fell 11% to $12.34.
• Abcam plc (NASDAQ: ABCM) fell 10.2% to $14.75.

• Bilibili Inc. (NASDAQ: BILI) dropped 9.6% to $25.11. Shares of several Chinese stocks traded lower amid the reopening of Chinese financial markets following the Lunar New Year holiday.
