Nio To Launch ES6, New ET7 Sedan At Shanghai Auto Show Next Week

Nio Inc (NYSE:NIO) will debut its electric all-round SUV ES6 and launch the 2023 Nio ET7 at Shanghai Auto Show next week.

What Happened: Nio’s entire lineup will be on display at the auto show which will commence on April 18 at the National Center for Exhibition and Convention in Shanghai, Nio said in a statement on Tuesday. The show will be on till April 27.

The highlight, however, would be the unveiling of the ES6 and the launch of the new 2023 Nio ET7. The EV maker will also demonstrate its third-generation Power swap station and 500kW Power charger at the show.

Nio launched its flagship sedan- the ET7- at a Nio Day event in January 2021. Deliveries began a year ago in March 2022. However, last month, CnEVPost reported that the current Nio ET7 has been discontinued while adding that a revamped version might be unveiled at the Shanghai Auto Show.
