Titan Machinery Reports Weak Preliminary Results, Joins Precigen, Gogoro And Other Big Stocks Moving Lower In Thursday Pre-Market Session

U.S. stock futures were higher this morning, with the Dow futures gaining around 0.2% on Thursday.

Shares of Titan Machinery Inc. (NASDAQ:TITN) fell sharply in today's pre-market trading as the company reported weak preliminary financial results for the second quarter.

The company said it sees preliminary adjusted earnings of 17 cents per share on revenue of $634 million.

Titan Machinery shares dipped 26.9% to $11.24 in pre-market trading.

• Snowflake Inc. (NYSE:SNOW) shares declined 4.2% to $121.94 in pre-market trading.
• National Health Investors, Inc. (NYSE:NHI) shares fell 4% to $71.62 in pre-market trading. National Health Investors priced its upsized public offering of 2.4 million common shares at $71.25 per share.
• Arcutis Biotherapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ:ARQT) shares fell 3.8% to $9.22 in pre-market trading following second-quarter results.
• EHang Holdings Limited (NASDAQ:EH) declined 3.6% to $11.60 in pre-market trading. EHang Holdings will release its unaudited financial results for the second quarter on Thursday, Aug. 22, before the U.S. market opens.
• Emergent BioSolutions Inc. (NYSE:EBS) shares fell 3.3% to $7.32 after gaining around 12% on Wednesday.
