J.P. Morgan Previews IVZ And BEN April AUM

Franklin Resources Inc. (NYSE: BEN) and Invesco Ltd. (NYSE: IVZ) will report April AUM next week, J.P. Morgan Reports.

“We think both companies will report impressive numbers and we would expect both stocks to react favorably,” J.P. Morgan writes. “Franklin reports on Monday after the close and Invesco (likely) on Tuesday after close. Based on better information, this note focuses on Invesco.

“Franklin and Invesco have large international businesses. ~55% of Franklin's assets are international/global in nature. 33% of Invesco's assets are international. However, Invesco's international assets are particularly high fee and represent ~50% of revenue. Both Franklin and Invesco have large investments in Europe, although Invesco is tied more to the UK and the Pound, while Franklin's SICAV products are tied to the Euro.”

Invesco closed Thursday at $24.14; Franklin Resources closed at $124.96.
