Tablet Users Are Riding in the Internet's Slow Lane

Tablet computers could be a tech version of hurry up and wait.

Consumers who have rushed to snap up tablets -- pre-orders of the new Apple (AAPL) iPad are so strong deliveries won't occur until late March or even April, not Friday as planned -- are winding up in the slow lane when it comes to accessing and using websites to buy stuff. So says Compuware (CPWR), which early Tuesday planned to release the results of a global survey of about 2,000.....
