AT&T Beats Q1 Profits Consensus; Falls Short On Revenues
AT&T (NYSE: T) has announced its Q1 EPS at $0.59, beating the consensus expectations of $0.54. Meanwhile, T’s revenues for the quarter came in at $30.6 billion, falling short of the Street view of $30.72 billion.
AT&T reported that it has added 1.9 million total wireless subscribers during the quarter. T’s postpaid and total churn stood at.07% and 1.30%, respectively, marking the best-ever levels.
The company has seen a 10.3% increase in wireless service revenues, with the postpaid subscriber ARPU moving up 3.9%. :
AAPL’s shares added 0.15% to 26.70 in pre-market trading.
