U.S. Dollar Index Mostly Higher
The September U.S. Dollar Index is trading at 97.66, up 0.22.
Personal spending for June came out at up 0.2 percent versus up 0.5 percent in May. Personal income came out at up 0.4 percent. The PCE was up 0.2 percent and the Core PCE was up 0.1 percent. The data had little impact on trading.
The ISM manufacturing survey for July is due out at 10:00 a.m. ET.
