• JP Morgan raised the price target on Las Vegas Sands Corp. (NYSE: LVS) from $44 to $51. Las Vegas Sands shares rose 3.9% to $44.85 in pre-market trading.
• JP Morgan boosted the price target on First Solar, Inc. (NASDAQ: FSLR) from $147 to $190. First Solar shares fell 2.9% to $166.51 in pre-market trading.
• Needham cut the price target for Petco Health and Wellness Company, Inc. (NASDAQ: WOOF) from $30 to $20. Petco Health and Wellness shares rose 1.9% to $10.09 in pre-market trading
